The Platinum Membership is built for homes that want the highest level of convenience, volume, and premium purified water service. Members can visit the store to refill their 5-gallon jug or pick up pre-filled jugs whenever they need them.

This plan includes up to 9-5 gallon jugs per month for pick-up or refill, giving your home maximum flexibility and consistent hydration.

Platinum Members also receive three free deliveries per month. Across all three deliveries combined, you can receive up to 9-5 gallon jugs total, scheduled however works best for your needs.

Disclosure:
• If your jug is not from our brand, you may only refill it.
• If your jug is from our brand, you may deposit your empty jug and receive a refilled one, up to 9 exchanges per month.
• Your three free deliveries may be used anytime during the month and can include a combined total of up to 9 jugs within the eligible service area.
